I’ve considered that each of us has our own way to capture a healthy, authentic and attainable moment of peace and ease and awe. It’s those tools to entrain a moment of authentic peace we want to groom, practicing them daily so that we can shift into that serene internal place in a second, regardless of the strain and worry surrounding us. We need those authentic escapes that aren’t misusing TV, drugs, food, sleep or people etc. So what are those tools that work for you?
