We practice and habituate almost everything we think, feel, and do. Then too often we think those practices and ingrained habits define us or worse own us. We even practice our ways of reacting to abuse and trauma after we have suffered terribly. So out of respect, compassion and dedication, we need to practice and habituate those thoughts, feelings and actions that embrace freedom, health, connections, respect…etc. Here is a simple article about how to do such.
