You likely have your own rhythm and frequency of needs when it comes to taking time off or giving yourself space to rejuvenate. You also likely have your own best and healthiest avenues for rejuvenating. I, for example, need a daily dose of exercise that is by myself and a weekly dose of creativity that is also by myself.
