Try One of These Healthy Habits Each Day This Month

Perhaps the next 24 days of October is setup in your life as reset days. Each day, you add one small healthier habit (eating carrots, limiting screen time, dancing for 10 minutes, taking in sun for 10, laughing for three minutes for no reason, reading poetry, helping someone with a simple task, repeating loving self-kindness words for two minutes). Place them on a list and calendar as you ADD the habit. Making them small, makes them doable. Adding them together progressively makes them accumulate. So October becomes a reset month.
